The last day of the Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

this is my last day and my friends in Malaysia in exchange students. and we prepare our things and go home and be transported from the polytechnic to the airport, travel to the airport for about 5 hours and take my friend from Semarang to go home because their schedule goes first at 1 pm and I'm from the university at 5 pm
and after arriving at the airport took my friend who was at the airport to go home first and we were very sad farewell, and after that we were invited to travel to kuala lumpur malaysia and after that at 3 pm we returned to the airport and when we returned and we said goodbye to Mrs. Fara from Polers Policing, it was very sad and we left for Indonesia and after arriving in Indonesia we were picked up by the campus of Bina Insani

this is my last story of exchanging students in Malaysia. every meeting has the name of separation and sad it feels like this brief meeting.

Day 12-13 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

The day has changed, the beautiful morning atmosphere makes me and adit as usual left to work and absent present. I don't know if my guide is taking time off and not going in, and we don't have anything to do and I'm doing other activities.

break time arrived and as usual eating together, and after finishing returning to work and doing other activities.
Until it's time to go home I and Adit absent back home, before returning to my room and adit buy food first
at night I ate and went to the canteen with a girl friend and immediately got sad news that Malaysia was locking up, there I was sad and my friend was sad. we are all confused and want to stay here or go home, and my adit friend wants to go home, and the madness of college is closed, and while my friend rahma is still an intern and we discuss through Whashap.

and the next day was really quiet because students were returning home and we were still here and waiting for Rahma to come home,
and after rahma came home we from Indonesia decided to go home the next day. because from my campus the university of Bina Insani asked us to go home immediately. And we ordered plane tickets to go home. and report to the polytechnic mesing for the next day we return to Indonesia

last night I and all my friends from Indonesia were invited to eat farewell at the place of Mrs. Fara and Mrs. Linda. it's sad on the last day here.

Day 11 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

The day has changed, the beautiful morning atmosphere me and adit as usual left to work and attendance absent. From 9 am to 12 noon doing other activities, and after the break arrived I and Adit returned to the room because there was a need, after finishing from my room and Adit returned to work and not long after that, I, Adit and my friend from mersing got assignments recheck in the lab and make changes to the computer name and domain.

After arriving at the place to eat, after thinking bored with the food that is often eaten and looking for others, I, Adit and Galih choose to try to eat a type of burger and I am the same, I'm curious as to what the name of a bug zinger and potatoes ?? I'll order right away. And when I try it it's really good.

After that we all left for our respective rooms. And do other activities. After 9 o'clock in the evening I was invited to the canteen with Rahma, Vindy and Linia, I immediately went alone, since adit slept and I was uncomfortable waking her up because of tiredness. After arriving I was given a salad food from them. And I tried it. It was really night time and I went straight back to my room.

Day 10 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

As usual during morning activities, at 08 am I and Adit attendance attendance. And I go alone for breakfast. And after eating exactly at 10 am, my friend and my friend and mbo went to the lab room to check the internet network because there was a problem that was not connected. the three of us came there and checked and turned on all the computers. There are some computers that are not connected to the internet. We check network cables etc. And when on the last computer we checked the network swich and soon my friend adit and Galih came to help check the problem and it turned out that from the swich there was a problem which was not connected to the network, the galih tried to take the swich in the ITC room and that too can. And we returned the old swich to report to our supervisor, and noted which computers were not connected to the internet.

After 1 o'clock in the afternoon we left the lab for lunch, because the break time arrived, we accompanied haikal, mbo galih who bought food near the lab. And I adit and buy food at the usual place.

After that we went to the usual place to eat and invited my friend Rahma to eat and talk about plane luggage tickets to go home. And not long after we left the place to return to work and Rahmapun returned to the dorm room because Sunday she was off work. Time goes on and fills in activities. the time came home arrived and I and adit went to go home and we did absent back home and after that adit went back to the room and I went out to buy an internet card because it runs out and my friend rahma also asked for help bought and accompanied by my friend from mersing aiman, boy , irfan we went out in the car and we talked in the car during the trip. After buying our needs, we returned to the polyclinic mersing

At 8 o'clock in the evening and I was invited to eat with Rahma in the canteen and I immediately came and the adit followed, we talked together and after eating we went back to bed each.

Day 9 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

The next day Saturday, I had the same day off work and at 10 am we were invited out for breakfast but we didn't come and we were brought food by Mrs. Fara, very kind. After that we were invited to see a sports match on the field, after that we saw for a moment because my friend Adit was getting hungry and we left briefly for breakfast first. After 1 o'clock in the afternoon we were invited to the invitation but we did not participate because the problem overslept. After that we were invited to play badminton at 5 pm and we from Indonesia went to the place to play badminton. After we warmed up and started playing, we were there for only 2 hours. It's fun to exercise with a new friend at the polyclinic mersing. After playing we take a short break before going home.

after that we all stopped by the food place, and I tried what food called egg bread. And after trying it was delicious it was added to the soup. And after that we went straight home.

After arriving at the mersing polytechnic we thanked Mrs. Fara. and I adit and back to the room, after that I went to the cafe to eat and find wifi for college assignments. And soon adit came to accompany me and my boy friend came because he wanted to talk. It was night time and I was the same adit went straight back to the room and sleep.

Day 7-8 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

It's been 7 days my friend and I were in Malaysia on a student exchange program.

It was morning time to do activities in the morning. And at 8 am I and Adit left for absences and went to work. And after reaching me and adit breakfast because of getting hungry. And headed to the canteen and eat both of us, after finishing eating back to work but in the middle of the trip we opened the message that there was a task back in the lab and finally we both went straight there, but after arriving at the location many students and friends confirmed that there are class hours there. And from my mentor postponed first and we went back to work.

At 10 o'clock in the morning we were on pizza thanks to Mrs. Hanini and Ny. Faizah, it feels so happy and caring. We love to say thank you, and I eat together, and I was told the same adit was invited to save chemahai pahang, and I don't know where it is. And I joined adit. And we have permission to work until 12 pm . After that we immediately prepared to leave. We from the polytechnic go at 2 pm, take the bus, like to go camping, walk to camp about 2 hours. After we prepare the luggage.

Then we all made the camping site very happy. After making us immediately play games together, excitement binds like family. After playing the game until 7 pm we prepared to take a bath, after taking a bath we were ready to have dinner together, and helped to cook a meal together, and we had dinner together.

After eating not long after we played the game and in the middle there was a bonfire, it was really exciting and it was my first time, and after playing we sang singing together and those from Indonesia sang one song. After that we slept because it was very late.

The next day in the morning, prepare yourself, take a shower, etc., see the beautiful scenery in the morning, and make breakfast in the morning and we all eat together, after eating there are those who play games again. It was already noon we were ready to go home, and we took a photo together. And all of us went to the milk-making milk fields, after arriving at the location we couldn't enter and had to buy, and some bought and some didn't. And there is a picture taken in that place. And after that we went straight back to the polytechnic.

This is very exciting story today, get new friends, cool and much more. I love the excitement of camping overnight with polytechnics.

Day 6 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

As usual during morning activities, at 08 am, Adit and I were present, and went to work, as usual my friend from Mershing arrived at work, and soon my friend gave me to eat nasi lemak, so he noticed. for me, and adit.

After that I ate, and after eating came pembingbing me to check the CPU and computer, finally I and haikal were ordered to check, and the result was that there was no function, and replaced the other CPU

and we brought a computer and CPU, not long after my friend from the shift came, and took the necessities such as hard drives, cables, etc., in the server room and accompanied by my mentor.

After that the three of us left for the penarah room, if in Indonesia the name is the teacher or instructor's room. And finally we come in with my guide and bring the computer and CPU to be put on the teaching desk. I and I took the printer to the place where the computer was put and installed everything and checked the printer and soon my friend Adit and Mersing came to help.

And after it was finished at 1 pm, where the break time arrived, we finally went out of the room and bought food but my friend mbo didn't come but asked for slices to buy the food ordered, and we walked the four of us to the place to eat and started eating. At the place to eat I saw a friend from Mershing, I went along with Adit and I was both chatting, after eating we went back to work and I stopped by to buy water. after arriving, for a moment I rest first. And start continuing other activities. When it's empty I make designs because I like designs.

At 3 pm, I, haikal and change back to the lab room to check which computer has not been upgraded to Windows 10, the problem is that there is not yet. We begin to divide the tasks. And soon my guide came to accompany me. After it was finished, at exactly 5 pm it was time to go home and my friend and I both went back to work and did a second absence. And I adit and back to the bedroom, not long after my friend from Mersing Azrul came to say there was evening lecture activities after sunset and must be attended.


After maghrib we came to the place of the evening lecture with Adit, after we missed the attendance and entry. And the program began with a program "as sincere as the nature of love" and the program continued for approximately 2 hours.

After the event, we get free food after the event. And we ate with Azrul, Adit and friends from Azrul. After finishing eating me and Adit returned to the bedroom.

 

Day 5 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

Time has gone on day has changed, as usual in the morning. Where every 8 AM attendance is present with my friend Adit. The weather is very sunny today. Adit and I immediately entered the workspace in the information technology unit. When I enter the room, Adit and I always greet friends who have already arrived. After I sat down shortly afterwards, Adit was asked to make a business card at the Polytechnic, and we went to the studio to make a business card, Adit and I started taking pictures for business cards and started waiting for the business cards to finish, then returned to work.

Then my guide Mrs. Faizah and Mrs. Hanini were invited to the lab because there was a task. Where we have the task to install printer software, that the lab has not yet installed the software. Finally we all headed to the lab, after arriving I was the same adit waiting in front of the lab, because they were to take the key to the lab room. My friend adit offered food by a friend in mershing buying gray rice food. And later in the line of food at rest Shortly afterwards my nursery and Adit came to accompany us all, the lab room was opened and we all came in and soon we turned on all the computers and we all distributed the assignments there were those over there, there were those over here etc., to hurry up finished working on it. We start at 10 am, finish working until 1 pm, many of the computers we install are about 35 more, and the process of installing software is a bit long.

After finishing then we also take a break because it's time for us to rest and we all headed to the cafeteria for lunch. When I arrived at the food canteen, we and Adit had been there for me, when we saw it was weird, the rice was added blue with fried chicken, it tasted good. And that was the first time trying out gray rice food in Malaysia.

 

 

After eating back to work and continuing activities, at 5 pm we went out at the invitation to mershing for sports, where every evening many sports such as playing football, gym there are also bicycles and many more, me, adit and a friend from mershing into the gym, I tried playing like badminton, then went to the gym. in this polytechnic has gym facilities.

 

 after doing the gym we went out and met friends azrul in mersing, along the way we wanted to try playing the bicycle, unfortunately the time was up already closed, and we went into the room and met friends azrul and we shared in the room. And after that we go back to the room and do other activities.

Day 4 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

The next day resumed activities, at 7 am the friend who came back came to the room to take a sneak and leave together, before entering the office I and a friend named adit absent a presence, after that we entered the workspace and permission for breakfast because we both haven't had breakfast yet.

At the place to eat we met friends. After we all ate, I went to work and my other friends went back to work at the hotel, after arriving not long after, I and Adit were invited to the campus environment and apparently there were events where students sold various kinds of food, goods and still much more, the event lasts for only 2 days. There were also students to buy. And we immediately looked at it first, and I bought really good ice cream and my high school friends chatted with students in Mershing looking for knowledge and much more and before going out we took pictures with them for remembrance. After that we went and were invited to go around the campus to find out more about the polytechnic mershing.

At break time we want to eat, my friend adit wants to eat gray rice and invited by friends azrul from mersing, we headed to the location of the place to eat, when arriving at the food stall closed and we eat another. After finishing eating we returned to the polytechnic mershing. After that at 2 pm adit, irvan, haikal and mbo get the task to update windows in the lab that was previously Windows 7 to Windows 10 and install all software, there are many PCs that must be updated in the lab. After 5 pm we go home to work and prepare for time to go home because already finished work hours and attendance home.

Day 3 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

start doing activities ( 10 March)

The next day Sunday, Which is where both of us with adit began to be active for work, all three of us intend to run in the morning, because we are still sleepy late so not, next time we want to run in the campus environment, at 08 am we are accompanied by Azrul and do breakfast and headed to the cafeteria in a polytechnic environment mersing, we both ate and I ate nasi lemak and combined rice what so I don't know, it tastes good  and adit eat fat rice with chicken, after eating we were invited into where to study at the polytechnic is invited around and told this rich class and others. During my tour I asked what language like the cubicle was and if in Indonesia it was a class, there were a lot of words that made me curious. Quite tiring around the campus which is quite extensive. But that makes me happy. And we are both placed in information technology there where we make new friends namely haikal and mbo.

after that we were called by Mrs. Faizah in charge of our place, where we both introduced ourselves, and were told the parts for IT support, such as constraints, there were no internet, software or hadware. After that we were taken to a place of administration where in Indomesia it was the administration and finance department. Well, there we together I adit attendance attendance. With finger print (fingerprint). After that we are both lined up for photos used to make name cards, but can't because tomorrow, after that we go back to where we work. How long after that I was invited by haikal to the previous place to help solve the problem of the printer that was not read. Which is where the printer doesn't read, we try to download the driver for the printer software. After that we go back to the workplace, during the trip we chat sharing. And help to bury the CPU , we help each other.

Work hours are over, before leaving work we both do attendance again and return to the room, to put luggage, not long after we were invited to the beach with friends in mersing, finally we went all four of us to the beach and friends who were on campus with me already left first.

During the trip we talked to friends mersing, after arriving at the destination on the beach, and waiting for my friend rahma and friends from the polytechnic of Semarang, and we 5 people immediately took a picture together with friends who already went to the beach first. So beautiful view of the beach, after taking a picture together, my friend went home because it was time out, me and my friend Adit had not come home because friends from mershing there is a need for his friend's birthday and celebrate at the beach after that we ate a birthday cake. Not long after that, finally we went home and stopped first at the minimarket where my friend bought sports pants, and I just accompanied him, after that we went straight back to the polytechnic place of Mhing and immediately slept immediately, because it was already night and quite tiring.

Day 2 Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

The next day on Saturday morning, I woke up at 6 in the morning. Because the time in Malaysia and Indonesia is only 1 hour apart and I pray at dawn and sleep again, because I'm still sleepy hehe. previously we were assisted by a friend on campus named azrul, and got the information my friend said we would have breakfast at 10 in the morning. I had breakfast with adit, Rahma, and added new friends from Mersing: Nina and Aki. Nina is a Networking course at Mersing Polytechnic. The three of us went to breakfast first because I was hungry, and I was confused when my friend asked the waiter to drink. My friend said: "Sweet Iced Tea". He was confused about what my friend said, Aki helped me say Ais Tea. I do not know the language in Malaysia (Malay) because this is the first time, and I also want to try drinks, there also take my own food almost the same in places to eat in Indonesia, which takes itself. Soon we all ate and I thought the food was delicious and not too expensive and drinking Ais Tea after trying it like Teh Tarik if in Indonesia, After breakfast we proceeded to the Mini Supermarket Market. To buy the necessary necessities, because I was already there, and I only accompanied my friend to buy laundry soap, food, and other necessities.

I want to try fried rice in Malaysia I think the same and my friend Adit tried to eat Chicken Tomyam but it wasn't spicy because he didn't like it spicy, and after arriving at Clay's order food Different in Indonesia fried rice that uses a lot of soy sauce, but in Malaysia I eating fried rice does not get fried rice without soy sauce and half-cooked eggs, after after eating comes a friend from azrul one class then comes again azrul friends who are different majors, there we introduce, share, and exchange the Malay language and it is very exciting, unique language , and I made a new friend in Malaysia. After that I went to my room and slept because it was night too.

my story First Student Exchange Experience in Malaysia

The First Day Before Leaving to Malaysia ( 6 march 2020)

Hello! My name is Irvan Apriana, I'm a student at Bina Insani University. Bachelor Degree in Information System. I was with my friends: Aditiya and Rahmawati went to Malaysia for the Student Exchange Program. This program is supported by the Southeast Asia Ministry of Education Organization (SEAMEO) for approximately 1 month. Now, we are joining the 5th Generation SEA-TVET Student Exchange Program (2020). In 2019, Bina Insani University sent a student to the Philippines. Me and Friends Gather at the Bina Insani University Campus and Depart from Campus at 9 am. Initially Thinking about thinking before leaving was due to Viral News, namely Corona Virus (Covid-19), but this program was important to me and my first experience, finally I walked, convinced, and didn't forget to pray and parents too. far away I also read on social media, watching news about this thing to prevent Corona Virus (Covid-19), among them: 

1. Don't Forget to Always Wash Your Hands Clean. That is important 

2. Wear a mask in a Crowded Place 

After that we departed the three of us to the airport by campus car with our supervisor on campus,

The trip takes approximately 1 hour from Bekasi to Soekarno Hatta International Airport.

After arriving we headed to the place according to the order Flight ticket at terminal F2, and wearing masks to prevent. At 11 noon we check in first and follow the check in process, print tickets, put suitcases into the trunk and at the Immigration section we are asked where to go, I said Student Exchange for about 1 month, after that we entered the check stage in the second and at the final stage we entered into the recording section, and waited for the schedule to go to Malaysia where the flight schedule to Malaysia was at 1 pm. Arrived at Kuala Lumpur Airport at 4 pm less and the three of us headed to the place for our suitcases. Before that we went through the Immigration process in Malaysia and were questioned by immigration. What do you want to do, I say Student exchange, how long does it take by immigration ?? And I answered about 1 months, and immigration also asked for the documents and nnya, see the VISA, and I was shocked, confused because if using VISA was more than a month and I also didn't know because it was only the first experience ... and the immigration asked the boss about me and finally was allowed, proceed to pick up the suitcase and check in, after that we were picked up by the campus there by Mrs. Linda to the Mershing Johor Polytechnic and the trip to Johor was quite far away for up to 4 hours. during the trip I was surprised because it was the first time seeing a motorbike entering the toll road in Malaysia, previously in Indonesia it could not. And the three of us began to hunger and didn't eat during the trip and finally we stopped by a place to eat and didn't know where it could be said to be cheap. And finally we arrived at 10 o'clock at night doing clean cleaning and sleeping because it was quite tiring during the trip.

And this has become my new experience, my first experience from being on an Airplane, going abroad, I am very happy, hopefully with this one month getting something useful for me.
